These are my experiences as a neurodiverse person. (but wait, there’s more!). I’ve found almost everyone I’ve worked with, talked to, asked about how neurodiverse shows up for them, identifies with the list above.

I’m here to say it can be easier.

Yes, it’s true; we can belong. We can have community. We can get skills and awareness to help us feel, relate, and function with ease. Or at least reduce the overwhelm and struggle.
