I’m here to revolutionize the human spirit. I’m on my own journey to remember who I am and why I’m here. I’m an emerging elder and healer. I am compassionate, and so, so curious. I bring these qualities to my energy and coaching. I’m here to improve your story about yourself, broaden your perspective, and have your heart grown big enough to include yourself.

We all, in fact, are charmed. We all, in fact, have crowns. Charmed in that we are energy. Source, Connected. Crowns of light. Crowns of wisdom.

I also am neurodivergent AF. I’ve only discovered my ADHD + ASD + 2E (add a TBI for fun) as an adult and it explains so much. I feel, deep in my own heart center, the desire to help humans realize their own tendencies (people can stop giving you shit for the way you are now), create an understanding of best practices, tools, and boundaries to help us thrive instead of cope, hide, struggle immensely, get by and wonder why everything feels so challenging.

Energy healing with me is a collaboration. I guide your process, with a hand on your back, to address old patterns (think epigenetics, generational trauma, this current life’s challenges). This work looks at the previous connections we’re carrying around to better understand how they influence us on the daily, reprograms on a cellular level, and really facilitates shifts for the client.

Erotic Embodiment coaching is my deep dive, my insatiable curiosity, and my love of a good reframe (what stories are you making up which are not serving you??) through the lens of neurobiology, eros, creativity, and sacred sexuality. I coaching and energy work help you experience impactful healing. Clients find working with my way of integrated and embodied experientials lead to a deeply spiritual life shift. Awareness is the first step. Trusting you already know, you just have to remember is the second.

I am here to hold space for your discoveries, journey, process. I am here to hold your hand while you find your heart.

I have a learner’s mind, a hunger for seeing, an audacity for questions, and a passion for sharing trinkets, nuggets, wisdom, and a profound belief we are sooo much more than we (are taught and conditioned to) believe. My experience is wide ranging (remember, neurodiverse makes me multi-passionate and very curious), deep, and ever evolving.
